Last Updated: October 2026

Welcome to Convert My Font ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible at https://convertmyfont.com. By accessing or using our website, tools, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. Description of Service

Convert My Font provides free web-based typography utilities, including legacy Indian font converters (such as DevLys to Unicode, Chanakya to Unicode, and Kruti Dev converters), typing speed evaluation tests, and associated text manipulation tools. All services are offered free of charge for personal, commercial, academic, and professional use.

2. Intellectual Property & User Content Ownership

2.1 Your Content Belongs to You

You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and copyright over any text, data, articles, legal documents, or files that you input, convert, or download through our tools. Because all conversions occur locally inside your browser, Convert My Font does not view, record, or claim any ownership or license over your content.

2.2 Website Intellectual Property

All website design, user interface assets, logo graphics, conversion algorithms, source code, documentation, and written educational content on Convert My Font are the proprietary intellectual property of Convert My Font and are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Convert My Font, you agree not to:

  • Use the website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our web servers or network infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, server, or associated hosting services.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts designed to excessively burden or harvest website data without express written permission.
  • Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services, tools, and content on Convert My Font are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive for maximum accuracy in our character mapping and conjunct reordering algorithms, legacy font encodings often contain variations and non-standard symbols. You are advised to verify critical documents (such as court petitions, legal agreements, official gazettes, and published books) before final printing or legal submission. Convert My Font does not warrant that conversions will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Convert My Font, its creators, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our website or tools.
